A new band out of Chicago, Cú Roí plays traditional Irish tunes and pieces as well as modern arrangements of traditional tunes.  Many of the members of Cu Roi have been playing together for over a decade, and 2006 formed the band Cú Roí.  Born of friendship and of family, Cu Roi has entertained crowds from their native Chicago out to New York and Ireland.

Summer into Fall of 2009 will find Cu Roi playing at 5 Irish festivals in the US, including the world’s largest Irish festival Milwaukee Irish Fest.  More detail about upcoming shows can be found under the “About The Band” link.
